My wife and I ate here on Fri night 2/5/15 and had a great meal. I ordered the pulled pork platter which was heaped with pork, baked beans and coleslaw. My wife ordered the half rack of ribs that were fall off the bone and delicious. The food arrived within 10 minutes from ordering and our waiter Cherokee was attentive competent and polite. After dinner we decided to go to the bar and have a drink,the wife with a chocolate martini and I had a ginger beer and Bullit bourbon, all excellent. We had been there about two months ago and had a horrible time. Tracy the manager vowed to make it better and undercover we were there to see if she fixed the problems she did! Bravo give the place a chance, no lines.

Stopped in to check out new restaurant after Pig 'n Whistle closed. Ordered the full rack of ribs. Very moist, bite off the bone tender, good day for smokin'. We also ordered sliders.... Pulled pork, brisket & chicken combo. Smoked pork & chicken were best 2 out of 3. Again, very moist and tangy BBQ sauce made it tasty. On the cautious side.... Don't order the coleslaw. Not sure what they've added but it's not good. BBQ beans has a nice zip. All 'n all... Ok. Would stop again only if in that neighborhood.

Highly recommend this restaurant, it's fairly new. Has both indoor and outdoor seating. We arrived late just wanting some drinks and apps. Sat at the bar, had nachos chili, and wings all were very delicious. Rachel the bartender provided excellent service and outstanding drinks.

Admittedly it was within two weeks of opening so we were on the shakedown cruise...but...you expect appetizers to come shortly after they're ordered at the bar. Didn't happen. We had a beer and nursed it. The bar was pretty full...I figured a 10-15 minute wait and then we'd order. 15, then 20, then 25 had passed. During this time the bartender was nursing an open cut on her cheek with a tissue and tending bar at the same time! Prior to and during the cut, there was no eye contact nor the offer of another drink. Meanwhile food was being delivered to the wrong tables and bar patrons and the help was frantically trying to figure what went where. We had some bar munchies which we went thru. One of the help removed the empty jar without looking or talking and just moved on .The final blow was when the folks next to us, who'd come 10 after, received their appetizer. I let the owner know our predicament and told her to cancel our order (if it had ever been placed). She had the decency to pick up the beers. We're trying one more time. BTW, this is the former Pig and Whistle where the service, even when busy, was far superior to this amateur hour. Actually 1/2 star for the free beer...

Whatever you do don't get the crab dip.Frozen and when it came out was cold and tasted like tuna.
